Once you sign up and become a member, your workout level is based on how many repetitions of each exercise you’re able to complete.

As you follow your daily workout schedule, you will build muscle and endurance so your exercise repetitions will gradually increase and before you know it, you’ll be working out at an intense level!


How bad do you want it?

Those who have not been to a gym or haven’t been very active in a while

What are you doing about it?

Those who workout at least 3 – 4 times per week, are consistent and are a very active

Exercise Repetitions: 10-15


Are you mad with it?
