Keep Track Of Your Workout History

When you finish entering your workout click ‘Save My Workout’, and everything you entered will be saved to your account.

View your Workout History to see all of your saved exercises. A list of all your individual exercises are neatly organized under tabs separated between ‘Gym’ workouts and ‘Activity’ (non-gym) workouts; beginning with your most current completed exercise.

Reach Your Weight Goals

Not at your ideal weight?

Whether you want to shed a few pounds or build muscle and gain weight, you can track your weight goals right in the app!

On the ‘Enter Weight’ screen, just enter your current weight and the goal weight you want to reach.

You can choose between the metric or imperial system ‘lbs’ (pounds) and ‘kgs’ (kilgrams) to measure your weight…whichever suits you best.

Also, you can add your height in order to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI).

On the ‘Weight Goals’ screen, you can view your current and goal weights, and how much weight you have to go to reach your goal.

It also features a BMI scale, which uses your height-to-weight ratio, giving you a general idea of where you are today.

Along with your BMI, you can view your ideal weight range for your height, and it automatically calculates how much you should loose (or gain) to reach a ‘Normal’ weight based on the BMI scale.

Share Your Fitness Journey

No fitness journey is complete without documenting your progress.

After each workout – or however often you want – you can make a new journal entry, writing about your workout, any milestones you’ve reached, a new exercise you tried or whatever’s on your mind.

All your notes will be saved to your account and are kept completely private – for your eyes only – unless you choose to share your diary.

You can see a list of all your saved notes under the ‘Private Notes’ tab, and you can delete all of your notes at any time.
